[OS X TeX] TeXShop doesn't open dvi-files

- Which file: the dvi file, or the produced ps file? Try:
     dvips -R -Poutline -o ifthen.ps ifthen.dvi
- Does
     ps2pdf ifthen.ps
   work?
- Have you tried my command-line sequence in an earlier mail?
