[OS X TeX] block comment

First I would remove the .aux file and typeset again; if the error  
message persists, then there is most certainly a syntax error just  
before l.152. Try commenting or cutting a few lines to see if this  
helps.

With regard to your labels you have to be a bit more careful in  
naming them.
