Bruno:

You may want to give SubEthaEdit a try. They
claim to support LaTex (see 2nd link)
<http://www.codingmonkeys.de/subethaedit/>

I haven't used this program in the way you are
inquiring about, but it may be worth a shot. The
license is free for academic users.

>From their web site:
"SubEthaEdit is a powerful and lean text editor.
And it's the only collaborative one you can
actually use. By combining the ease of Bonjour
with the world's best text collaboration engine,
it makes working together not only possible but
even funŠ"

<http://www.codingmonkeys.de/subethaedit/features.html>

Support for AppleScript , ActionScript , C, C++,
CSS, HTML, Java, Javascript, LaTeX, Lua,
Objective-C, Pascal, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby,
SQL, XML already included.

René
