Can you invoke 'echo $PATH' in Terminal? It should look like

	/Users/pete/bin:/Users/pete/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin:/usr/bin:/bin:/
usr/sbin:/sbin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/usr/local/bin:/sw/bin:/usr/local/teTeX/
bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current

and particularly contain
/usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current. If this is true you
can invoke 'which htlatex' too. What is it telling?
/usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current/htlatex? Then do a
last thing:

ls -lL /usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current | grep latex

What is this showing?
