Thanks Robin, I am using TeXShop, hence the specific choice.

Good, thanks for that. I am using pdflatex in TeXShop.

Hmm. Reason I ask is that long footer content seems to just push the 
right side of the table further to the right, and off the right edge of 
the page. In this case the issue appears on pages prior to the 
lastfoot.
