Might be possible in XeTeX; for ordinary LaTeX you could export the 
glyph as an .eps file (FreeHand, FontForge ?), convert to pdf and then 
include it in your LaTeX document.

But I'm quite certain that someone on this list already did all this 
work and posted a link some time ago, unfortunately I can't find it 
right now (something with "applekeys").
