[OS X TeX] An anomaly?

You added text 2 where I had a blank line in the source. If you remove 
it but leave a blank line in the source, the item number 2 of the first 
asparaenum moves past the subsection.
This is in fact how I came across the "anomaly": I had text which I 
removed.
