[OS X TeX] TeX i-package: Having trouble installing 2005

I did the "sudo touch..." and put the files you sent in 
/usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin6.8/ . The same error message 
occurred. Odd, because I checked in 
/usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin6.8/ and texconfig is indeed 
there.

Puzzlement.
