[OS X TeX] overview of what TeX is producing

I noticed another important thing. I took a TeX example and printed it
from Acrobat 5 on a Lexmark printer. I am using Dutch versions here and I
am offered a normal print and a "print as image". The Normal print is ugly
(probably uses fonts of the printer somehow?) and the print as image looks
a lot better.

PDF and PDF-viewers probably hav too many variables to be good vehicles
for this demonstration.
