[OS X TeX] pagebreak

Dear all,

another question: if I use a \pagebreak command, the last line of the 
page is not filled out to the margin and looks like it is is the last 
line of a paragraph. Is there a way to make LaTex break the page 
manually with the \pagebreak command and fill the whole last line of 
the page?

Thanks a lot for any suggestions!
