[OS X TeX] Getting Finder to Refresh

Howdy,

Thanks! I guess I never thought to look in the archives because this seemed
like such an obtuse reference to TeX.

It almost does what I want! If the file is on the Desktop the Finder opens a
new window of the Desktop Directory rather than just refreshing the Desktop
display. But is does work pretty nicely for other directories.
