[OS X TeX] Acrobat Reader 7

Yup, bloody annoying. As to the size: the only option it to go full 
screen, as not checking that will leavt the bottom of your windows off 
screen. Aargh.

Here are the instructions to remove the pdf plug-in (and it shall not 
return).

- Open AdobeReader 7
- Open the preferences (cmd-K)
- Select the "Internet" tab
- uncheck "Display PDF in browser ..."
- uncheck (pretty much everyting on that tab).
- Quit the reader.
- In the Finder, open /Library/Internet Plug-Ins and drag the PDFviewr 
to the trash.
- Start Adober Reader once more
- You might get a dialogue that ask you if you'd like to install the 
pdf viewer plugin for Safari. Uncheck that one, and check the box that 
you don't want any further messages of the kind.
- Install any other plugin to handle PDF in Safari, or don't install 
any at all (my preferred solution).
