[OS X TeX] Word to LaTeX

Thanks for all the responses, but I'm not so much interested in every  
possible tool to convert Word to LaTeX. I'm trying to find out  
whether the WordML path is somehow doable on the Mac. In my  
understanding, starting from a somewhat structured XML file would  
make the conversion a lot easier, and reading the description of  
wordml2latex this seems like a very powerful solution and I want to  
know whether this can be used on OSX and why the Word->textutil- 
 >wordml2latex route doesn't work.
