[OS X TeX] Documents less legible with T1 font encoding

And what is nice is that a Dutch word like strategieën (strategies) 
will be correctly hyphenated as strategie-en (without the trema on the 
last e). I don't know if other languages have such changes of 
characters due to hyphenation, but probably there will be such 
languages.
