[OS X TeX] Glossary did not work ?!?

Suggest you run the file from a Terminal window. Some thing like

makeglos.pl mydoc.glo

or

makeglos.pl mydoc

Obviously you will need to have perl installed on your system. If the  
file is not a binary you might need to chmod it:

chmod 755 makeglos.pl

Otherwise you can do this

perl makeglos.pl mydoc
