[OS X TeX] manpath and teTeX's executables

Additionally, he also modified /etc/manpath.config by adding a line

MANPATH_MAP  /usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current 
/usr/local/teTeX/man

Together, this should make the man pages visible, provided you didn't 
modify the MANPATH environment variable.
