[OS X TeX] Failing install

Dear Gerben,

I used your excellent i-Package to upgrade my TeX installation. I
installed 2004 TeX Live using the expert mode. Following this I could
LaTeX my documents but ConTeXt documents failed. I then uninstalled
everything and went back to simple install. I can't seem to install
ConTeXt properly. I have given the read-out from the console below (I
cut a lot of stuff). It may be of some help. I would be most grateful
if you be able to offer a solution. There are two runs below. At the
end of the first one it says that it can't build some formats and that
various things have failed.

Thanks,
Charlie Doherty
