[OS X TeX] [tetex] Howto enable Type1 fonts for pdftex?

At least you are not using an unmodified distribution by me. Because teher
is also a lot of stuff in directory /sw. Is that a Fink install, maybe?
And while iTeXMac is using my distribution, your updmap call form the
terminal is modifying another set. No wonder that it does not work, in
that case.
