[OS X TeX] i-Installer release 2.69.0

Having made it abundantly clear that I am a total idiot-install, I have
a request:

Could you let me/us know when it is one hundred percent safe /for
the like of me/us/ to install whatever /needs/ to be installed and
can be installed by /just/ going to i-Installer and clicking the
    usual buttons.

Right now all is well and I feel no need to change anything in my
perfectly good "TeXshop1.35e with the old pdfsync" setup but I also know
the problems inherent in falling too far behind.

I hope you will be able to humor my request as it would save me from
worrying about it.

Regards
