[OS X TeX] Too many math alphabets

Hi,

I recently ran into the following problem:

> ! LaTeX Error: Too many math alphabets used in version normal.
>
> See the LaTeX manual or LaTeX Companion for explanation.
> Type  H <return>  for immediate help.
>  ...
>
> l.41    \mathscr A = \mathcal A

Well, the LaTeX Companion, either edition, is not very explicit
or helpful on this topic...
I am using MathTime and MathTime Plus, including bold,
with the mathtime.sty package. Is it possible that those
fonts are loaded /on top/ the CM fonts, so that there is
no room left?
