[OS X TeX] TeXShop: Undo (Cmd-Z) screws saving

Here's another one:

After you undo something with Cmd-Z, it sometimes happens that the file
does not get saved unless you insist with one or two Cmd-S's.

Eg, you undo something, then you typeset: then, presumably, the source
is first saved, the red blob in the corner certainly loses its grey dot
(the liar!), the file is typeset, oops, its the old version; you go
back to the source, write more stuff in, typeset, oh, it's the same old
thing from before the Undo. Quit TexShop, open up the file again, yep,
the source is indeed the old thing. Cool.
