Howdy,

I haven't tried it with fourier but I'd suspect scaled=0.9 might be ok or
even a bit too large. I've been using the latin  modern sans serif and
typewriter fonts with the fourier fonts. I feel that the latin modern sans
serif is still a bit too large (i.e., the uppercase is too large - the lower
case is just right) to go with the fourier sized utopia.
