[OS X TeX] Flashmode 2.0 all variants

Let me add, that those, who want to use Flashmode-TS, need not wait 
till the TS/TS version is available. This version, when it will be 
available, will be bundled with the TS/TeXniscope version, and for 
those, who already bought the TS/T. version, there will be a free 
upgrade.
