Yeah, JPEG2000 is PDF1.5 only, so only Acrobat 6 supports it at the 
moment, this will change with Tiger.

Quicktime has actually been supporting for quite a while, and it's a 
shame that this format hasn't seen a wider adoption since its 
compression results are really astonishing.
