[OS X TeX] Lucida Bright and other fonts in Illustrator

The problem is that the fonts use the TeX math font encoding, which has
characters down in 0000--0032 where newer versions of Adobe Illustrator
expect to see only control codes.

The ultimate solution here (which hasn't yet been done) is to convert
the fonts to Unicode encoding, and then craft LaTeX support files for
the re-encoded fonts.

In the meanwhile, far better to use Warmreader the marked objects et.
al. to label .pdfs --- that way it need only be done once, and one may
switch document fonts with impunity.
