[OS X TeX] IPE on OS X and non fink tetex

I realize you said you didn't like fink, but I wanted to point out that 
you do  not have to use the fink distributions version of tetex.  There 
is a system-tetex dependency that allows for a user installed tetex (in 
my case by i-installer).
