[OS X TeX] which version of Omega is supported ?

Hi Gerben,

Do you have an installer for Omega and Lambda ?
If so, which version does it provide ?

The TeXLive 7 disks have version 1.23 
but this doesn't work under MacOS X (and other systems).
I get:
  
  This is Omega, Version 3.14159--1.23 (Web2C 7.3.7x)
Copyright (c) 1994--2000 John Plaice and Yannis Haralambous
omega: fatal: Could not undump 1 4-byte item(s).

However, I've been told that version 1.5 is *much* more stable.
