[OS X TeX] TeXShop won't open .ps in jaguar

All .strings files must be encoded in UTF8, According to TeXShop  
sources many of them are still in mac os roman which can cause problems  
like the one discussed here. Before Richard makes the correction, you  
can change things by yourself. Try to open the above file and save it  
back with UTF-8 string encoding. You should do the same for all the  
.strings files in your .lproj

Of course this problem will not occur in english because mac os roman  
and UTF 8 restricted to ascii are the same.
