[OS X TeX] installing TeX-Fat.dmg

The optional to install BSD subsytem is on the first
disk w/ Jaguar. 

There is also a 'BSD.package' on the 3rd Developer's
disk w/ Jaguar.

I could not install TeX-Fat.dmg because I had not
elected to install the BDS subsystem in the beginning.

All seems to be running fine at this point.
