[OS X TeX] ImageMagick and TeX4ht updated

ImageMagick has been updated to ImageMagick 5.5.1
TeX4ht has been updated (and repaired as it contained a broken file)

To convert latex files to HTML, install Freetype, ImageMagick and 
TeX4ht support, next to TeX Programs, teX Foundation and ghostscript 7 
(6 is untested). Then on the command line you can run

	htlatex foo.tex

and after it has finished you can open the foo.html file.
