[Mac OS X TeX] References Document

Thanks for your help!!

I created a file with the syntax you gave and  ran it through pdflatex...
I got an error back about not having the biblist.sty file...  so i 
downloaded it....

Now I can't figure out where it goes!!  lol

where do i put the biblist.sty file so pdflatex can find it?
