[Mac OS X TeX] latex panel

In case its of use to anyone here is my version of the latex panel.
I've put in a lot more inserts and things like \cos become
\cos{cursorhere}

Save it as ~/Library/TeXShop/LatexPanel/completion.plist

If you don't like it you can edit or just throw it away and
get back the default.
