[OS X TeX] MathTimes-Textures to Mac OS X?

Bruno and Dave,

Wonderful!  I did get past the applescript trick but did not think of 
lower-casing the pfb files. That did the trick and everything runs 
smoothly (I did not have to modify cfg files). I am now almost as happy 
as when I was using Textures (I do miss synchronization).
