[Mac OS X TeX] New teTeX.dmg in the works

First of all, thanks a lot for the teTeX work! Great to have a binary
distribution at hand.

As for requests for the next version, I'd love to see the installation of
gs to be optional, as I (like many others) have my own gs (7.01) with X11
support.

(By the way, does a standard teTeX source tree compile on OS X? Is it much
of a hassle to get it to work? This might be interesting for many of us
unixish people who prefer tetex,emacs,xdvi)
