[Mac OS X TeX] teTeX install question

<x-flowed>I noticed something weird about my teTeX install tonight. It should be
the latest one from the TeXShop site. I don't have the installer at home
(and I'm on a 56k modem!) so I was wondering if somebody could
check their install and see if it looks like mine.

In /usr/local/bin are lots of tex related files, binaries and
text files. If you do ls -al you can
see most of them are links. Mine link to

texconfig -> /usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin1.2/texconfig

This has the peculiar effect that if you do

more texconfig

it complains there is no such file. The problem is there is no
directory powerpc-apple-darwin1.2 . So I created a link from
powerpc-apple-darwin1.3.7 which
does exist and contains all the binaries/text and linked it to
powerpc-apple-darwin1.2

Note that TeXShop ran before and after this change. I am wondering if
I just stuffed up my install of teTeX somehow. Before emailing the
guy who constructed the installer I thought I would see if anyone
else has the same directory setup.

Thanks - Michael
