[Mac OS X TeX] Message for the teTeX-beta-20011202 users

If you use Terminal and the cli interface to TeX, make sure that you log
out and in again (or restart Terminal) after installing the package. The
location of the TeX binaries has changed because of the Mac OS X 10.1.1
upgrade on my system. The installer adapts the path for tcsh, but a
restart of Terminal is needed to get evrything working OK.

try "cat golfer.ps | atprint BettyT:LaserWriter@*

(see man atprint for more examples)
