<div>Did you try to download the latest version from the TUG site?
The URLs, username and password given in the mail you received
after purchasing the fonts (with subject "Lucida OpenType font
access from TUG" in my case) are meant to be permanent, you may
use them at any time to download the most recent version.</div>
