[lucida] Lucida installation problem

If you would call the one from /usr/local/texlive/2017/bin/XXXX/
you would get
	/usr/loca/texlive/texmf-local

> $ kpsewhich lucida.map
> /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/map/dvips/lucida.map

I suggest leave it there and change the TeX Live TEXMFLOCAL setting
by editing /usr/local/texlive/2017/texmf.cnf and add a line
	TEXMFLOCAL = /usr/local/share/texmf
(this is my default setting!)
