[lucida] Instructions on updmap-sys (Type 1)

Dear friends,

I was wondering if this part of the Lucida Type 1 install instructions

updmap-sys --enable Map lucida.map

is correct. In my current setup (TeX Live 2016 in a Linux box), the 
above command failed. I was only able to enable the Lucida map with

updmap-sys --enable MixedMap=lucida.map

and now everything works fine.

Did I miss something important, or perhaps the instructions could be 
updated? :)
