[lucida] Problems with Installation

Hi Lucida Users,
I recently bought the lucida type 1 package and up to now I wasn't fortunate to get anything running. 

> I thinks I put the files in the proper position, cf. appendix, trying a number of different versions. But I am not sure about the source folder. Is the 'source'-folder in its proper place?






> When updating the file name data base with "sudo -H mktexlsr" and executing "sudo updmap-sys --enable Map=Lucida.map", I get the information that the map file hasn't changed. Using "sudo -H kpsewhich lucida.map" gives no results:

After hours spent in the Internet searching for an answer, I really hope that this mail will get me some information on how to use my new fonts properly.
