[lucida] Installing BH Lucida on teTeX

As you unpacked in texmf-dist,

kpsewhich hlcrv.tfm

should give you something like

/usr/local/texlive/2009/texmf-dist/fonts/tfm/bh/lucida/hlcrv.tfm

does it? If it doesn't, something went wrong with the unpacking. If it does, run as root these two commands:

updmap-sys --nohash --nomkmap --syncwithtrees

updmap-sys

and check again psfonts.map and pdftex.map.
