[lucida] Lucida Greek

The url just points to the contents of a Solaris distribution and you cannot
download anything from there, however it shows that these fonts exist and at
some point in time they were being distributed. I've noticed that URW++ have
a set of Lucida Greek type 1 fonts and placed an enquiry;I will let the you
know of their reply
