[lucida] Lucida Greek

The jre distro contains the lucida true type fonts. What about the (X11)
type1/ postscript counterparts ?

For example take a look at the
'/usr/openwin/lib/locale/iso_8859_7/X11/fonts/Type1/LucidaSansGreek.pfb'
at
