[lucida] Installation problem on MacTeX 2007

You don't need a ls-R database in ~/Library/texmf: it is the first  
tree TeX & friends will look into *always* ---with modern processor  
speeds, I doubt it will take more than a few milliseconds for TeX to  
scan your home tree, unless it is really, really populated.
