lucida.map is just a concatenation of lucidabr.map and lumath.map.

[KB] I would also expect Thomas to either update or remove the
[KB] Lucida support in the next teTeX.  We updated CTAN with the
[KB] new stuff ...
Fine, I'll adapt lucida.spec accordingly.
