[luatex] pdf adjustspacing 0.79 vs 0.85

I guess I have to use

tex.adjustspacing

instead of 

tex.pdfadjustspacing

Is this correct? I couldn't find this in the documentation, so I might be wrong. Can anybody confirm that?

BTW: there have been quite some changes with kerning (0.79 -> 0.85), I guess these are deliberate changes?
