[luatex] LuaTeX crashes with Unicode.sfd

The latest one fixes the above. Please wait a little.
If your are in a hurry,

cd /d d:/texlive/2014/texmf-dist/fonts/sfd/ttf2pk
todos Unicode.sfd

(I don't recommend that. Please wait and get the latest luatex.dll).

If you try to use subfonts actually, assert error may appear.
At present, simply ignore the error. The obtained pdf seems
to be correct.
