[luatex] LuaTeX crashes with Unicode.sfd

Dear Qing,

The bug is fixed by an attached patch: subfont.w.diff.
Here subfont.w.orig is the source in the TeX Live
repository. We are with the bug in TeX Live 2014, since
subfonts may rarely be used in LuaTeX.
The bug will be fixed in the next year.
