[luatex] getting previous glyphs

THat is up to presentation. For now I don't mind about that one,
only about how to typeset.

I want to change

	NN|KKK<uuu>.....

into
	NN\ruby{KKK}{uuu}....

That is all. 

How the ruby is then actually handled, I leave out for now.
