[luatex] Downloaded compiled version of luatex 0.75 for MacOSX, am getting error related to luatex-loader.sty and oberdiek.luatex.lua

Would it be possible to provide a (temporary) compatibilty fix that 
might go into the format? Thinking of TeX Live 2013 I fear to have a 
broken system from start an … And I guess not all authors might be able 
to fix their packages until then?
